unhappy client

I am very angry by how Cell C handle their queries they have been debit my account on different dates without my consert now i owe the bank the unpaid fees because of cell C even negatively affecting my bank account score ,i did escalate but looks like no one cares they said they will escalate to finance but nothing happened ,i have asked the consultant if they can stop debit order and i do EFT payment but looks like no body cares i am tired of this bad service that is costing me money ,jam real not happy
