Unhappy Cell C customer

I am not happy at all. It's been 3 months and I have not been receiving data because my contract was upgraded *****ulantly without my consent. Someone took an A50 Samsung galaxy. I lodged the query since the 1st June 2019. Up to date the query has not been solved. I am disappointed with the service given. Very poor!
