Unhappy Cell C client

I bought a phone at cell c last year in October, in January the battery of the phone was flat and when i charged it it didn't charge although the icon on the phone indicated that it was charging. Prior to that in December the phone's screen had been damage. When i reported the matter to Cell C they took the phone in for repairs and i waited several months before i got the phone back, and when it was returned to me it was in the same condition and the battery was missing. I alerted Cell C about this and they took the phone back and 2-3 months(today) it came back in the same condition and it had no battery. According to their report I have no insurance which is odd because I am covered with Cell C - surance. I am deeply disappointed that six month after my phone had been taken for repairs nothing has happened and yet i pay for both insurance and my phone's contract. I would like to know if hellopeter would be able to help me terminate my contract with Cell C and get refunded for the phone's installment because in the nine months I've had this phone I've only used it for three months and for six months I've been calling Cell C and quite frankly I'm fed up. I feel as though their employees take their customers for granted because a lot of things were not communicated with me and at times the call centre agents were not helpful at all. I've not found joy since i bought the phone and I'm no longer willing to pay them anymore.
