Unhappy and Unsatisfied Customer
What a bad experience with no help from anyone in the call center only to be sent from one department to the next. I have been trying to cancel my contract since 16 of February 2023 with no luck only to be given case number after case number and being told that they will call me within 48hours since 16th of February 2023 with me calling them all the time. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a big company like this. Case numbers - *** and *** - All I need is to cancel my cell c contract and confirm if Cell C has received the product.

I don't trust anything that is said as I have send an email to customer service and called since 16th of February 2023 everyday until today to get the same story someone will call you in 48 hours which they don't. All I want to know is my contract canceled and did you receive the laptop nothing more and for you to stop debitting my account.

I am still waiting for feedback it has been 48 hours and no one has contact me with what is going to happen this matter is affecting my credit scoring as negative even though you deduct money from my account monthly.
