UNHAPPY AND DISSAPOINTED
ANOTHER MONTH LATER, REFER ***. AFTER SPENDING HOURS TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM THE CALL CENTRE, EVENTUALLY A MANAGER BY THE NAME OF THABANG MADE CONTACT WITH ME. HE PROMISED ON THE 1ST OF JULY 2024 THAT ALL MY DETAIL ON MY 3 CONTRACTS ARE CORRECT AND THAT I WILL NOT BE OVER CHARGED AGAIN. NOW I AM SITTING WITH ANOTHER PAYMENT DUE OVER R3400

30 Jul 2024, 13:14I am awaiting feedback please, the R3500 debit order is going off tonight, Cell C is *****ing my money. Debit order agreed to with Thabang on the 1st of July 2024 was suppose to be R1991 + a once off for R500. What is happening ? How is this acceptable in the current South African Economical situation ???????

So the debit order went off, even though I have been speaking to you June and July.
What is the resolution?
What is the way forward?
When will the OPEN LINE that I DID NOT REQUEST - be resolved ? this LINE SHOULD NOT EVER BE OPEN!!!!!
When will my requests be honored ?
When will my debit order change to the agreed amount of R1991 excluding the once off offer of R50 ?
When will somebody take me serious?
When will it be time for me to bid Cell C farewell?
