Unhappy ?
Wow I was so quick on praising Kgothatso Lakaje for a great service ?only to get a call because I emailed requesting confirmation of the contract cancellation, to find out that it was never processed and I'll be paying AGAIN!!!
PLEAS MAKE SURE THAT MY CALLATION REQUEST IS PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY!!!

22 Jul 2021, 15:03Yes, paid 1371.26 on the 30 June (as per Tele com) the remainder of the contract for *** as well as emailed the P. O. P to client services and proof of pay ment email as and called twice to confirm and the last person I spoke to (Kgothatso) assured me that it is processed/escalated and should cancel on the 04. 07.21
