Can someone kindly please forward me a Paid Up letter to ***

As per case number *** with a cellphone number *** (ACCOUNT NUMBER ***) that account has been paid. WHY IS MBD harassing ME FOR NON PAYMENT IF THE CASE NUMBER STATES THAT THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN ALLOCATED. On numerous occassions I am receiving calls from MBD stating the account is still in arrears. Kindly rectify this as this is affecting my credit score.

As per ITC Credit Report Cell C account is closed,why is MBD still calling me???
