Unhappy
Beginning of 2020 in January I cancelled my device insurance I had with them, today I received an sms saying they will debit my account with extra R79 which I have no idea what is that for I called their call center a guy that assisted me said I have insurance that I cancelled I’m really not happy with this kind of behavior we all going through this pandemic we not working how can they decide to to charge me extra amount with out my consent I need a clarification and closing this contract if there’s a way.
