ive been on cell c for years, i recently lost my phone and i have been trying to do a sim swap for the 3 passed days, hoever they keep telling i have fail security check, i even went to the branch in JHb newtown, they told me the same thing, i even brought an ffidavit from the police station, my ID book and proof of reseidence, and they still cant help me
