UNHAPPY

I've been trying to get through to legal department which only apparently works from 9 to 10 Monday to Friday, where u are on hold for longer than 30min and no answer, I called customer care to logg a call back they said the legal department will phone me with the next 2 business days, it's been more than 4 now and still nothing, I've never experienced such bad service ever!! Highly upset
