Unhappy

A month ago I received a call from cell c to upgrade my contact, I agreed to the upgrade however when I received my new device it wasn't what I had. I have a home router but received a pocket router so I sent it back and cancelled the upgrade. I called in to cell c on Monday to see what upgrade I can get on this contract only to find out that I'm only due for a upgrade in 23 and a half months. So I explained my situation and was told that someone would call me back, to date I've never got that call. My home router sim card has been cut off and my wifi was switched off from cell c on the 14/07/18 but cell c has still deducted the full amount.

So typical to take money that doesn't belong to them, but besides that the service received from cell c is pathetic.
