Unforseen Payments

good day.

this is my second time I've came to HELLO PETER for help according my previous REVIEW i had with CELL C. after laying my complaint on of the consultants contacted me telling me that everything is sorted, they have received payments for the months i had a problem with. two day later i contacted them to make payment arrangements for the amount outstanding. Whilst on the phone the consultant told me that i haven't paid for April and May.

these people only said that it was sorted to satisfy the fact that i came to you for help but a few days after i got the same problem. I'm helpless of explaining over and over and sending proof of payments many times.

if they call me after this review i want them to send me a letter stating that they have received the payments for the above mentioned months
