Unfairly treated
Account settled last year November however account still reflects as owing Proof of payment was sent but still the issue hasn't been resolved
I have been sent to pillar to post with that account and all i need i just want it closed and updated on the ITC
Cell C keep on referring me to Nudebt and Nudebt is referring me to Cell c
No one is willing to help
I have rights as a consumer ,this is purely abuse what Cell C is doing
I ve been asking to terminate the services with them for mote than a year now

Well thanx for sending me my paid up letters finally for the accounts settled with Nudebt but now the messed up part is ... you handed me over to Nimble collectors for the account you just sent me a paid up letter for which was settled.
Now this Nimble Collectors have listed me for the very accounts which you send me a paid up letter for ????
Can see the abuse from your company????????????????

Only one Cell C account was updated on ITC and closed
You gave me 2 paid up letters for 2 Accounts ,you" Cell C" stated your are dealing the matter .
Kindly remove the remaining one as well...
I am not surprised that you did not update it , as the remaining account it's the same account which was paid up but you Cell C still handed it over to a second debt collector after the 1st debt collector already collected for you Cell C. .
Do i need to wait another 1 year 2 month for it to be closed and removed from ITC as well ?
Its 2021 I'm still asking to terminate the service with you Cell C since 2019 .
