Unfairly treated
Absolutely disgusting service. I am currently a customer with cellc and they get there payments monthly. I called today to query about an upgrade cause my phone is due for upgrade. They tell me that they cannot upgrade my contract as I am under debt review, my debt review has nothing to do with it im still paying and I will continue to pay you it's ok to take my money but it's not OK to do what I ask. I want this matter to be escalated can someone please tell me who is the regulator for cellc cause I don't think that this is fair.

Kindly be advised as per the new Upgrade process, we cannot renew a contract for customers under debt review.
It is required for a credit and affordability check to be done before an upgrade or new contract can be approved to avoid over indebtedness.
