unfairly treated
Good day
I have purchased two whatsapp bundles from Cell c because i was under the impression that the first one did not go through and without any notification the bundle was disconnected because i have an I-Phone which i feel is unfair towards me as a client
I phoned cell c and i spoke to a consultant and a team leader and they advised the unable to reverse the bundles for normal data which means i will not be refunded
I am dissapointed in this service worst service ever !!
