Unfairly terminated

Good day I wrote about the unfair cell c phone number cancellation they told me to buy a new sim card which I did they was going to Rica it but unfortunately nothing happened however I bought another sim and registered it .The reason why I'm so frustrated is because that nr is on all the cv's which I send out I can't even remember the new nr.
