Unfairly Blacklisted - it’s not right Cell C

I reported a ***** case to Cell C (east london, hemmingways), I submitted all the necessary documents, i.e affidavit, ID, this was last year February. I made several follow ups via the phone and was always told that the case is at ***** department. The worst part is that Cell C kept on deducting my account although I had reported that this account was opened **********ly. No feedback was ever given on the case. I went back to the same east london shop and to my surprise they couldn’t get anything related to my case although I submitted everything to them. The store manager took my details and promised to get back to me, that was in December last year, till today he never called. The worst that Cell C did was to send the case to lawyers and blacklist me. I explained the same thing over and over to these people and I sent them also the affidavit. To this date this matter has not been resolved, my credit profile has been *****ed, I cannot open an account or purchase anything on credit because of Cell C’s ignorance. I am so fed up I am thinking of taking the legal route
