Unfair treatment

Good day

I have a problem with cell c. My mom had a contract with them on July 2019. The contract agreement was that she was going to pay 260 per month for a Huawei y6 her number is ***, her name is Joyce Mekgoe. In October she missed her payment she was then listed as blacklisted yet the following month she paid them 700. She then decided to cancel the contract. End of March she paid 2500 paying off the contract.

She has been calling them for 3 weeks now she's been transferred from 1 call centre to another no one is helping her. They blacklisted her and now they can't get her off the blacklisting. She wanted to make a loan with her bank they can't because of being blacklisted by cell c which she doesn't owe anymore. This is sip unfair for them to treat her like that.

Please assist my mom in getting her name cleared by these people.
