Unfair treatment by Cell C

I had 2 contracts with cell c, one for cell and one for data. Combined I was paying about R600. When the contract expired all of a sudden they started to debit R910. I was not consulted or even informed that they will be charging me more. To make matters worse they are charging me more and have reduced the amount of data that they are giving me.
