Unfair treatment and poor service

<p>On the 21 st of June 2017 I contacted Cell c call centre and asked for a settlement amount on my account. on the same day I paid 4166.26. On the 22nd of june I went to Cell c and was assisted by Mirriam who i gave my proof payment , she contacted accounts and requested them to cancel the account , I wrote a letter requesting Cell c the account and the request was executed. Today the 25th of July I got a shocking sms of a denbit order of 4166.26 from my account. I'm furious that my bond will not find sufficient money in my account. I contacted Cell call centre and spoke to Monica who was no help at all, she tells me she apologize as she can see that I paid 4166.26 the account is settled. she tells me is process for a refund. My bank will chrage me debit order charges, the bond will have interest of none payment , my name will be on credit bureau for late payment. I cant go to the cell c branch as I'm attending classes , I have a group assignment that i have to do tomorrow . Cell c needs to sort this out , they need to contact SA homeloans pay my bond and interest , clear me on ITC, contact capitec and pay my debit order reversal charges, remove the debit order revesal on my statement . I'm not going to leave this laying. tomorrow first thing in the morning I want solutions not explanations. I'm so furious , if this is not resolved i'm taking you to the media and will take legal actions against Cell c. solve this urgently. I do'nt care about your process or procedure you would have thought about that before taking money I dont owe you.</p>
