Unfair treatment

Hello Peter Im disgusted by Celc response to my case. In 2018 some cell phone contracts were **********ly taken in my name and the case was attended to after consulting with you. I'm finding it hard to open a late estate account for my late sister at the bank because of this ********** act. I have tried to consult with Cel C legal department to get help by requesting a written confirmation of this act and the lady by the name of Miss Moloi promised to email it to me but failed me many times. I have been phoning their department more than enough still no help. All im pleading for is a confirmation letter to clear my name.
