Unfair treatment

<p>I had a contract with Cell C in 2012. I requested that the contract be cancelled at the end of 2014. To date they're still demanding payment for the said contract. I went to Menlyn Mall to quiry this only to be asked questions about the number/s I used when making this arrangement in 2014. I told them that I can't remember the exact number. I was then told that they will not cancel the contract until is up to date. My logical argument is that if the contract was meant for 24 months and we are more than three years then it means something is wrong on cell c for them to tell me am owing them. During the tenure of the contract there were no arrears until 2017. Can someone assist.....</p>
