Unfair treatment

<p>Please listen to the call and tell me if the treatment I am getting from you guys is fair. I do not wish to keep this contract anymore please cancel it ASAP. I have been sent four references today but still have not received any kind of help. Your advisors keep blaming me for you guys messing up my account. This does not sit well with me. I pay my contract on time each month but the treatment and lack of listening I am getting is extremely upsetting. My rights as a customer are not being taken seriously. I've tried so hard to keep things civil and ask for help but if this is how Cellc is going to treat me I beg you to release me</p>
