Unfair Trading Act-Advertised product at the wrong price.
On Monday 7-09-2020, there was a contract deal for Hyawei P30lite including free accessories for R239x24Months on Cell C website. I called in to upgrade to that deal.Only to find out that they actually made a mistake and they promised to call me back and never did. The following day the quickly change the deal to R379x24 Months. Every-time i call they take me from pillar to post.
I made CellC aware of the mistake they made which could have cost them a lot.No one acknowledge it,no one apologized,instead i was treated like a lunatic.
I actually have a SREENSHOTS of the original deal before they changed it. This is unfair Trading Act that mislead me about the true price.

Is either they are telling me I am lying even though I have proof or they are coming up with stories in a very rude manner. I have never experience something like this in my whole life. It's sad.
