Unfair trade and *****
Cell C is the most ************* company out there. I was called by their upgrade department to upgrade my contract. They upgraded the agreed new contract, cancelled it, loaded a new contract that no one knows why the did that I have been phoning them for the past 20days to resolve this issue but with no success. All I am asking for is the contract we agreed upon in Oct 2020. I do have numeras case numbers but no response from Cell C This is now bordering on unfair trade and ***** as they are debating my account and not providing the service. Next step would have to be legal action
