Unfair to customers

Cell c sold my mother a contract phone claiming it's a Samsung. This wasn't the case as she received a cell c branded phone. The biggest problem is that they've ported her number to cell c. It goes silent whilst on a call or she just can't be reached. It is so disgusting the fact that they lie to people. Now she's stuck with the damn thing and she has to pay for it!
