Unfair reward for 20 years of loyalty

Ive been a customer for 20 years and never missed a payment, i have an existing issue with another network and because of that they decline to upgrade me, after 20 years.....

Will see contract out and cancel with them.

Also is a slap in the face, havent i proved my loyalty???
