Unfair price increase for delayed delivery

Greetings,

I'm extremely disappointed with Cell C's service regarding my delayed product delivery and subsequent price increase.

Despite their initial commitment, Cell C failed to deliver my product on time. To add insult to injury, they're now demanding that I pay the new, increased price due to their delay.

I believe it's unfair to expect me to pay more due to Cell C's failure to meet their delivery obligations. They should honor the original price.

I hope this request reaches the relevant person who can provide the necessary assistance with this issue.
