Unfair practice
I have a payment arrangement with Cell C for my account, yet they still have the audacity to hand me over to a debt collection company to try and get more money out of me.
I think that it is time to exercise my rights against Cell C. No more trying to be amicable when the other party doesn't want to be.

19 Sept 2020, 09:19Good day,
Even though I have a legitimate issue with Cell C, Cell C finds it fair to lock my cellphone so it can't be used. So why should I even bother trying to resolve the matter?
