Unfair practice Contract deception.
Unfair practice Contract deception. I have called Cell C to Enquire why my contract that will be expiring in June no longer recieves 10GB of Data and Only 5GB.
This after I upgraded for 2 years in 2018. The operator explained that my Contract only ends in June but my Upgrade Expired due to me upgrading in March 2018. I do not understand this. The Operator who contacted me in 2018 for the upgrade stated I will be receiving 10 GB of data for the duration of the contract. I understand this will end In June 2020 as Per Cell C if as they now say the upgrade was done in March 2018 and its been 2 years now that I am receiving this Data Why is my Contract Valid till June 2020 and Not March 2020. I am not pleased at all with the service recived and I will be not considering Cell C as a service provider for my other contracts if this is the type of Contract deception I receive.

Our records shows that you get 10GB of data (5GB Anytime data and 5GB Nite data). It's been like this from June 2018 and will continue until June 2020.

My Contract x2 had the same amount of Data 10 GB after my upgrades in 2018. It seems you are not sure what is happening at your buisness and this is making you to seem unprofessional. Go back make sure of what you are stating and please get back to me. Regards Eugene
