Unfair listing on Clear score

Last year, someone committed ***** using my details, and we successfully closed that *****ulent activity. I was cleared of any wrongdoing. However, to my shock and surprise, upon reviewing my credit record on Clear Score, I noticed that Cell C is indicating that I owe them R500. I want to clarify that I do not owe Cell C any money, have never owed them, and will never enter into an agreement with their company.

I urgently request the removal of my name from Clear Score as someone who owes money to Cell C. This inaccurate information is damaging to my credit reputation, and I expect my details to be removed from Clear Score immediately.

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated

Please read this statement with intent and understanding, as I do not wish to receive any phone calls from you. I need you to cease these preposterous, degrading, and unwarranted tendencies that you are engaging in. When you reported me to ITC, you proceeded without the courtesy of speaking to me or giving me a heads up, and without verifying whether I owe you any money. I expect you to follow the same process you utilized during the ITC incident. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITHOUT INITIATING A PHONE CALL.
As the company responsible for listing me in ITC, you possess all the necessary details to facilitate the removal process with ease. I explicitly request that you refrain from sending any letters or emails; instead, I simply need your account removed from my status in ITC. This unnecessary listing has now hindered my approval for housing finance, and I demand a swift resolution to rectify this situation

For the third consecutive day, I've been grappling with an error that your team created seemingly without justification. It appears that there is a trend of creating unnecessary challenges, and it's disheartening to feel that innocent individuals are being taken for granted in this process.

I find it perplexing that while it was swift and effortless for you to list me on ITC, the resolution process has become an arduous task. It's apparent that the steps taken initially, which were seemingly straightforward, are not being followed with the same expediency and efficiency now.

I can't help but perceive intentional delays in the resolution process, seemingly designed to frustrate customers. It's disheartening to witness what appears to be a deliberate effort to cause distress. Rest assured, I am steadfast in pursuing this matter until its conclusion. This prolonged delay on the third day has left me questioning the sincerity and efficiency of the resolution efforts. I urge you to expedite the process and address this matter promptly.

It's become evident to me that I am not the sole recipient of such treatment from your company, and it seems to be a recurring pattern in your business operations. This consistent disregard for customers raises concerns about the overall integrity of the company. The fact that these issues persist suggests a systemic problem that needs urgent attention.

The comparison to Jorge Mendes serves as an analogy for the perceived inadequacy in your customer service. The frustration with your company's practices extends beyond individual experiences, highlighting a broader dissatisfaction among customers. It is disheartening to witness the decline in service quality, and it raises questions about the company's commitment to addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

This situation, where customer complaints appear to be dismissed or ignored, reflects poorly on the company's reputation and customer service standards. Rather than acknowledging and rectifying the issues, it seems that there is a complacency that further exacerbates the problem. It's essential for the company to reflect on these concerns, take corrective measures, and restore confidence in its services to avoid further degradation of its reputation.

The two key elements highlighted in your response are "escalate" and "call back." The inquiry arises as to why a customer should necessitate a call back for issue resolution when matters can potentially be addressed without requiring the customer to provide additional context. The argument is that, in certain instances, customers may prefer a straightforward resolution without the need for direct communication, especially if the issue can be resolved efficiently through other means.

The observation points to a perceived liberal or lenient approach to issue resolution, where the process is likened to a snail's pace. This implies a slow and sluggish progression in resolving matters, and the sentiment is echoed in the complaints viewed on this platform. The call for a reevaluation of the company's practices and a more expedited resolution process is evident in your statement, suggesting a desire for a more streamlined and customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
