Unfair Ethnic ************** on network coverage

In 2015, I lodged a complaint with Cell C about their bad network reception in my home village, Braklaagte, and no tangible solution was provided. Last week I also lodged a compaint only to be told that there is nothing Cell C can do to improve the network coverage in my village because there's no planned site for the area. Maybe it's because we are black Africans.

With my experience of working for and using Cell C network, I got astonished to learn that areas where there are most african people, there signal is very bad and when african people complain about a bad reception, we are being told about revenues.

Funny, Cell C has a budget to build sites in a small white-owned farms where there is less than 10 people to use their tower. But cannot build a site in an african village where there over 1000 people to use the tower. They don't even care about the socioeconomic transformation of our villages, they make us buy their simcards but cannot give up best serivices like they do in places like Sandton.

Are village african dwellers less important or what?

Still no tangible solution...Maybe The consumer protection commission will assist me with this case. Why sell me your product when you know your services are poor?
