Unfair **************
Been a customer for about 9 years. Made payments ontime. Now I am being refused an urgent upgrade because I am under debt counceling. Yet I have never miss a payment in the past 2 years despite being jobless for most of 2020. Why do you chase paying customers away and not assist them when they are in need.
