Unfair deduction
I have app**** for a blackberry 9300 phone in March 2014 which was delivered to me. <br> <br> Two weeks later the same device was delivered. I have rejected it and send it back to the company in question. <br> <br> For the last 1 and a half year I have struggled to cancel the device as various calls was made (call records can be verified). An consultant even confirmed the device was returned to there warehouse<br> <br> I would like to be compensated for the payments made on a item that was rejected and send back<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
