Unfair Contract Deal with Cell C
I accepted a contract over the phone which I was misled to saving signed for one contract instead the agent included an additional contract for data which I clearly indicated that I don't want if it's an add on when I complained Cell C didn't help and continue billing me. They handed over the account I am now paying it via the Lawyers

23 Apr 2026, 02:17It is interesting how Cell C is now willing to help when they ignored my complaint initially and further handed my account over to Nimble Group.
They charged me on data that I didn't need nor used while their agent misled me, making me believe that the data was part of the package while I was charged data separately.
