Unfair charges for SIM Swops
I Ported my old prepaid sim card over to a cell C contract, then a few weeks after my contract started the Sim card stops registering on their network. The guys at Cell C say the SIm card is either dirty or not working anymore and I must pay R130 for a Sim swop....for a piece of plastic... this is ridiculous, surely they should provide me with a working SIM card as part of the contract!
