Unfair cell c practices
Good morning. I am a cell c customer. Yesterday I bought R85 cell c Airtime. I bought through cellphone and internet banking.i never used a cent to make calls or for data and my airtime kept on disappearing. I didnt join or subscribe to anything that might have been eating my airtime.this morning I called cell c and I was told to dial *133*1# and unsubscribe from whoever I subscribed to.i am not happy for the fact that cell c is telling me that they are not controlling those subscriptions. Is funny how I didnt get any message that says I am subscribed to baseplay games because I dont even play games.after I dialed the number I got the message that I have been unsubscribed. My number is ***.i really need my airtime back..

06 Feb 2020, 09:57I need my airtime back.R85 without me using it is unfair.i am not in control of cell c.if I had somewhere else to store my airtime I would. Cell c is a big company. I cannot buy from cell c let my airtime be stored by cell c and go without a single notice to say I am left with how much or making me aware that my airtime is getting finished. I don't have money and I need my airtime back unless cell c can show me a message from them saying I have been subscribed to baseplay games.pls.
