Unfair business practices

Appalling service. I tried to cancel my contract. I was call and told I need to pay R2178.48 then send proof of payment to Retentions. I did that on the 19 May 2022 and send my cancellation letter with proof. Was also told this amount is valid till 31 May 2022. When I followed up today my contract is still not cancelled. Even though I paid. Cell c is trapping people in their contracts and acting ********. I need the contract cancelled immediately. And now no one can trace the call made to me on Wednesday by cell c.
