Unfair Business Practice

I App**** for a Media Play 1.5Gig @ R289.00pm with a Huawei P30 Lite, on Monday the 30th of September 2019 I got the e-mail requesting documents @ Sep 30, 2019, 10:47 AM to which I Rep**** on in less than 15mins Sep 30, 2019, 10:59 AM had no Replies from the consultant I even send a followup e-mail the following day @ Oct 1, 2019, 8:05 AM the consultant rep**** that she has all the documents and will be giving me a call shortly which did not happen an hour and a half later she sends me a email asking for my number which bare in mind i Gave all the info online for them to call me with before we even started e-mailing as i requested the consultant to send me a email with all the documents required, I sent my number she called and I was busy and requested she calls me in 30mins which she agreed to do but never happened so later on my way home i called her and she said she will call me in the morning which is today now today she calls me no the deals have changed and I'm going to pay R379.00pm which is wrong as I did my part and now due to there slack I have to pay a higher price which is not fair.
