Unfair Billing/Poor Services

Regarding the below complaint,

Cell C expect me as the customer to paid the laptop to be send for repairs and then ill be refunded; what does the consumer protection act section 55 and 56 says; the sin cards has been suspended because the payment was not made for last month; how can cell c expect me to pay for a laptop that is not working; I had the laptop for less then 3 months and it started giving problems; I've paid for using the sin cards but you can't expect me to pay for a faulty laptop and now Lungile(Cell C- Social Media) is trying to spite me by disconnecting the sim cards and not responding to my emails, please escalate this matter to the C.E.O of cell c; I don't want to communicate with Lungile anymore and my husband has the power of attorney over this matter, the power of attorney is with Nelly .

Regarding the below matter, No credit was passed on the laptop that is not operational; Cell C can't expect us to pay for a laptop that's not working for over 3 months now, also the agreement is that the monthly instalment was supposed to be R375 or R379 but the debit order that's loaded is R460.99,

Please correct this account as we are not going to pay for services that we are not using or for a faulty device (Laptop)

Jul 24, 2017 4 days ago Cell C 2.7 Telecommunications No Assistance by jordanj 42 Hi, we've been communicating with Ngwakwana Nelly Mamotheti who has been assisting us in a good and professional way; she really went the extra mile with the problems that we've been experiencing with this contract, but there is a problem that we've been having for a few months now and it's not resolved yet and Ngwakwana Nelly Mamotheti is not responding to the emails; the laptop we have is faulty; it was reported, it hasn't been repaired yet and we are sitting with a faulty laptop and we can't be charged for it until the laptop has been repaired so we need you to credit the account until the laptop is repaired; Nelly arranged a credit for the previous two months but no credit has been passed for this month yet,

Could you please attend to this matter urgently,
