UNFAIR BILLING

<p>I am extremely irate, I signed up with Cell C for WIFI Router contract which was on special for R 99. When I went to Alberton store I specifically told the consultant that assisted me that I want it to be R 99 every month and nothing more as that is all I can afford. He assured me it will be kept and R 99 every month. However I had the shock of my life when you guys started debiting me R 325.86 and this month again a debit of R 300 odd went off. This has caused such an inconvenience in my life, my debits have returned because of you guys. Please check my original contract I signed which confirms a debit of R 99 and the guy that helped me who confirmed the debit will only be R 99. I had reversed last month's debit which now reflects bad on my credit scoring because of you guys. I want this rectified and my money refunded ASAP. if you cannot sort this out then please cancel the damn contract all together...</p> <p> </p>
