Unfair billing
I have a data contract with cell c, i'm suppose to be paying R105.00 for 2Gig which also comes with night owl of 3Gig. My complain is that recently i have been debuted 3 to 4 times more than the actual price. If i knee from the beginning that i will be paying more than i can afford, i would have not accepted the offer. On my own i think this *****ing from customers.
