Unfair billing

It’s very said that Cellc would try to force me to pay for something that I don’t know or didn’t authorize. I been with them for 7 years now they treat me unfairly. I won’t pay for content service that I don’t know. For three months I didn’t notice that I paying for content service. I really feel ****** by Cellc. And now the they listed my name. This is really unfair I know regret why I took the upgrade to iPhones Xr. I wish they can take it back
