Unfair Billing
I did not have work and had my own partime business. I started working and I want to repay my outstanding ammounr. My contract ended November. Because I was behind 3 months. I could not end my contract. I could not pay because I was not working. Unfairly Cel c keep on charging me R1100 pm for a suspended account, how unfair os that? The account keeps on piling up, i need it to be rectified so I can make payment arrangements asap

Firstly, did you notify Cell C about what you were going through? because if you had then this situation would have been handled differently and that is why Cell C has an option of making a payment arrangement to accommodate such matters, fairly.
