Unfair billing

Hi my name is katleho from benoni.. 20 september 2017..took a contract with Cell C for a data deal of 20gig + 20gig that came with a pocket router....the deal is for R299 pm for 24Months...because i took out the contract on the 20th September they gave me Prorata bundles that cost me 100 bucks which im fine with...now later in october i go on my cell app to view the statement foe my account im seeing that Cell c is going to be billong me R908 and when i query i am being told that i have exceeded my initial data bumdles and i automatically received more bundles without asking for them...now the consultant i took out the contract os saying she set the limit to R1...Meaning once i deplete my 40 gig i get nothing extra and have to wait for the next month...now when when i went back to her got told that its not their problem because my bill limit was set to R500...i never asked for the bill limit to be set at that amount and i diddnt even know that there was such a thing called a bill limit...

Now of them are willing to help,yes i agree i used the data bundles allocated to me but was never aware that i have been beeen given more bundles that will cost me extra month end.

The debit date is tomorrow and cannot allow cell c to debit me...i also have recordings between me and the sales lady admitting that she never told me abt the bill limit.
