Unfair and unprofessional service

<p>My cellphone was booked in for repairs over a month ago at Cell C the Grove mall in Pretoria. They dont phone me back with feedback regarding my phone. I have made several phone calls and they promised to phone me back but they dont. The people whom I dealt with was Ben and then Lorrain and Lastly Shorty. After 3 weeks I phoned just to be told they found liquid inside the phone, which is a lie. Its just their excuse not to replace the phone. The quality of the phone is in remarkable state and photo quality is excellent. Cell C please replace my phone and stop looking for excuses not to replace my phone. Avoiding me wont help. I am not giving up on this one. </p>
