Unfair

I upgraded my contract yesterday on the phone with an agent I ask for a Samsung s21fe and got emailed the contract with a description of on A32 I phone back the agent tells me sorry she made it right because I don't want the wrong phone delivered. Guess what an A32 gets delivered. I phone again and I must wait for use to collect the phone I'm gonna block use from pulling any debit order from my bank until I get the phone I ask for because I literally said do not bring the wrong phone to my house and yet use got it wrong. Solve this problem quick
