Unfair

Deactivated my cell c contracts. Was cancelled on 10-09-15. Beginning of 1-10-15 i received my full monthly benefits. On 10-10-15 the contracts where deactivated. All my remaining benefits was zeroed. At the end of the month i got debited for the full contrant amount. There was no messages or notifications sent to me saying if i didnt use the benefits by the 10th of 10 all my benefits will be zeroed and will also be debited for full contract amounts. Id like to either get my remaining benefits back, or get debited for only what i used up till the 10th of the 10th. Also while cancelling the contract over the phone the consultant did not explain anything, as to how the cancellation works...
