Unexplained Price Hike in Contract
Cell C debited my account this month with an inflated amount. I contacted them to find out why. Teboho Tsotetsi rep**** I need to look at clause 17.5 of Cell C T's & C's.<br> It says \We are entitled ON WRITTEN NOTICE TO YOU
