unexplained debit on my account

I inquired on my settled contract account and i was told a lot of stories that did not make sense. my account was settled in Feb 2015 and a debit order of R168 went through my account on 1 April 2015. i was paying R159 on my contract so if this was the last debit i am expecting R159 to be debited...First this lady tells me its because they quoted me an amount of R1085 instead of R 1205 and that is where the balance of R168 came from. i told her but i paid R 1254 and she started mumbling and asks me to hold!! which i did. later she comes up with the story that my premium had increased in February 2015!! Which explanation do i take and how do i take Cell C serious next time?<br> <br> Having people working in the billing section with no knowledge whatsoever to assist customers and creating stories just to get paid is not good business practice Cell C!!!! <br> <br>
